Hi all, I am Tom (27M from London) and i moved here 'indefinitely' on Sunday. i work on Anson Road and don't live too far from there. I would be really keen to meet for a drink this Saturday evening? I have only been to one place so far for a drink and that was the screening room on club street - it was pretty decent and had a few bars in and around there to choose from if not the one. The rest of the new members most likely will see this kind of thread and every one of them are waiting for someone to ask them out for drinks to hang out.

Take the initiative and be proactive about it! Worst case, no one answers, and you'll be drinking alone at a bar that you barely know, but at least you're trying something new! Try again on another time!
