Eagles Gathering on 12 September - location?

Post by sundaymorningstaple » Fri, 22 Aug 2014 12:39 pm

Okay. Next gathering of the EAGLES will be on the 12th of September.

Location needs to be central and reasonable. Open to suggestions.

Sure like to see a gathering like this one!

I'm sure you can catch a tornado that'll carry a ticket.

It worked for Dorothy.

Both dates work for me and I missed the last one so it's not too early :-)

A slip to the 19th would not work though I will be in Taiwan.

I'm ok for either... but then I'm easy that way

ps Dester beer ... a Korean beer brewed under license in SG by a company called 'Lubritrade'. Well yes indeed it's slutty cheap-ness and lack of finesse does conjour up images of filled dunkies lying carelessly discarded on a Desker Road brothel floor...

then again few of my favourite (seedy??) ktvs have started serving Bavaria beer

I guess Dester makes not much difference then ...

PS, I believe Desker road has been loosing it's charm ... with brighter lights, not that I recce'd the place, and may go the same way as Flanders Square ;)
