1. is your #8 key stuck/faulty?

2. a few users - on the same PC? (different login accounts?) is the internet access "shared" or made accessible among all the accounts?

3. is the mouse "shared" among all the accounts?

4. your motherboard battery might need replacing - especially if this is an old computer.

i think you should bring your PC to a repair shop...

p/s: i am not a tech guy so i might be wrong. just trying to give you some possible answers to your problems.

Hi Taxico,

The time automatically change problem is not really a big problem.

However, the internet and mouse sharing among different users are really irritating as we need to reconnect the internet and unplug and replug in the mouse usb.

The key pad number 8 seem got no problem. Need to restart the pc only know.

Um, we need to use the pc quite frequently everyday. So it is not so convenient if pc send for repairing :)

Could anyone tell me the internet shared and mouse shared setting?

1. seems like just a dirty keyboard. Or there is something sticky underneath the 8 key.
2. Need more details but each user has a different account, maybe some users have messed up their settings preventing them from accessing the net. I should know; my mom would almost always end up disabling some setting which I've hidden and locked.
3. See number 2, but probably bluetooth
4. See number 1.

Solution: get some guy to be physically present to examine the PC.

swap the mouse and keyboard from another PC that you know is working fine. ditch the wireless mouse and use a wired one.

check your antivirus is up to date and do a full scan. you should also download microsoft safety scanner and do a full scan too. this is for scanning trojon, malware. spyware, etc.
