To get there early is on time and showing up on time is late

Here is the deal, you got to read other threads in this forum before replying my post.

1 bedroom flats are quite rare in Singapore. Among those few available most are in the condominiums (private owned flats) rent starts from $2000 a month and goes up. Alternative option is to rent a room in a shared condo apartment. That would work out between $1000 - $1800 a month.

Other option is HDB, but you cannot use HDB as an office, so if you are looking to keep your house as office, this is not an option. You can get a 2 bedroom HDB for around $2000 a month. And if you are sharing a room it wuold be $1000 and below.

Before you ask more questions, please go through other threads in the forum.

What is the great importance of the hall that it is always mentioned or is it just a living room?

Maybe, 1BHK=1+1, and 1BK=studio?
