Things to do after 10pm

Post by nanana » Wed, 30 Apr 2014 2:05 pm

I'm working night shift tonight. But don't feel like going home after finishing my job. What can I do after 10pm? Where can I go for a drink (alone)without being seen as a prostitute who is looking for business at that hour? It has to be somewhere in the east and easy to get a cab after that.

Dog & Bone in Siglap. It is *hard* to look like a prostitute when you drink alone in a family pub. Getting a cab is harder though. Maybe you get better luck of hailing cabs at Cider Pit at Joo Chiat instead.

If you stay away from Joo Chiat area, rest all the bars and joints are good place have drinks

brotzeit, TGI Fridays (and a bunch of others around Katong & east coast road),
there are quite a few good places in Changi City Point
Bernie's, Bark Cafe (both near Changi prison)
Charlies Place at Changi Village

so cheers.. and have a good time.

Reading a good book at home sounds cozy to me. :)
