Will this work as per the EU?

If so the impact on non-Asean nationals could end up being quite severe.

With the amount of graft in some Asean countries, I can't ever see it happening in real time. Do you have any idea how badly that would hurt the lowly civil servants in the neighbouring countries if they couldn't supplant their incomes with some health dosages of grease on a regular basis?

Hardly a problem for Singapore. Too expensive for most to live here.

Also, SG will not subscribe to free movement of labor in the foreseeable future. Seeing as they are trying to do pretty much the opposite right now ;)
