Anyone gotten SC approvals / rejections recently? Please share duration of waiting. Ive waited for 9 mths+. High chances to be approved?

My colleague applied a week before me, she got her rejection after 7 months of waiting.

The wait is usually anywhere between 6 and 15 months.
