Can rent rollerblades at West Coast Park?

I am interested in rollerblading at West Coast Park because it is much closer to me than East Coast Park, but I don't own rollerblades.

Is there anywhere to rent rollerblades at West Coast Park?

Have seen rentals for carts and bicycles deep inside (halfway to the dog run area), but don't remember seeing any rollerblades there.

However, there are people that provide group lessons and skates on weekends, parking their vans on the access road just beside the McD parking lot. You might want to see what they can do for the more advanced skater.
