Dog urine makes great fertiliser if watered immediately.
Used to carry a 1.5 litre bottle of water when I walked the dog.
OK, so those spots got greener & more lush & needed to be cut sooner.

Also would take half sheets of newspaper pages folded a few times to place under the dog's butt just as he squatted.
Easy to pick up without leaving any residue.

It just takes a little consideration.
