Sadly, looking at your leading comment, I have to assume you are a local. Add to that, the fact that you plagiarized your post, which is also a local habit gleaned during your days at Hwa Chong, you would do well to stay on Sgforums or on FB where you hang around TOC & TRE.

IF you are going to plagiarize the writing of somebody else, please quote the source, even if it IS TRS. You will note that ONLY TRS as claimed the guy is Australian. All other news reports didn't note that and TRS steals their information and then ad libs as they desire. Their site is a producer of half-truths and often outright lies. The only thing that was confirmed as Australian was the ownership of the bar where he worked.
