Nope... just a bunch of ethnic jokes that play on stereotypes. Wong is much funnier, with a much broader range of comedy.

I'd never heard of Russell Peters before, but he makes me laugh. He's certainly got some of the accents nailed. The audience response and Hit-count attest similarly.
Joe Wong (on Letterman, no less)
'I used to be the youngest baby in the world'.
'A sign in a restaurant bathroom reads employees must wash their hands before returning to work. But what about the owners?'
'I think this sign is a message of inspiration. If you work hard, you don't have to wash your hands'.
Not my cup of tea... but then comedy can be quite a personal thing.

You probably won't enjoy
Mitch Hedberg as well. They have similar styles except that Joe has an Chinese immigrant POV slant to his comedy.
"A quokka is what would happen if there was an anime about kangaroos."

I get that Joe Wong is funny...but just not haha funny for me...maybe because his accent makes it difficult to understand the jokes? (I know it's part of the joke as a Chinese immigrant, but still...)
Russell Peters funnier, but yeah, ethnic jokes seems to be what works for him.
But currently Trevor Noah is also gaining popularity. He's got all the languages nicely.
