I'd suggest you write a note to MOM documenting this (and cc the agency) to cover your ass once she is out of country.

The maid threads are always entertaining...

Good luck OP.

Our maid is not a great housekeeper but is a nice, honest person that I trust with my kids (though they are no longer wee ones). However...as soon as they get old enough to take care of themselves at home we shall become a maid-free house. Can't wait.

I have to say I saw a maid this morning playing with a kid in the playground who couldn't have been more than 14-15yr old. I would have thought it was just the kid's older sister even, but she was wearing the "maid uniform" of oversized mens work-out shorts, an ill-fitting sun bleached disney/cartoon tshirt, and $2 flip flops.
