Hello all my friend and I are going to travel thailand on the 21st Jan and after months of research are planning to get lipo with Dr Prinya in Hatyai on the 29th Jan. We are getting;
vaser lipo on inner and outer thighs, love handles and tummy. Because the prices are so good we may even get tuckshop arms and some back fat lipo done as well. My friend wants a butt lift and breast implants as well as varicose veins removed. Im also considering getting vaginoplasty if I can afford it.
We also plan to get our lips filled, photo rejuvination laser on face and crows feet botoxed.
We are on a very tight schedule as we are travelling other places and have shortened our trip to be able to do this therefore we have to both be able to have our surgery done 29th so we can fly back to Ozzy on the 6th.
1st question has anybody had any of the above procedures with dr prinya, how was your result/experience? and should we book in the surgery for the date now so we have no delays? Thanks guys :)

Is anybody going to Hatyai on Jan/ Feb next year? I am planning to go there around these period. Do get back to me if anybody here needs accompany. I am going alone this time round thus i may want to share a room with another person because i am quite afraid to stay alone actually. I think i will stay for like 1 or 2 nights depending on which doctor i am going to.
Hey, I'm heading to Hatyai in Feb 14th. You wanna join? Which Doctor are you going this time round for revision? I'm visiting Dr Chi for nose job :)
Hey omg I'm going on the exact same day with the exact same doctor for the same procedure!! Just got quoted the rates and everything by Tukky and am still considering whether I should proceed with the surgery or not. Anyway, so glad to find you here! I'm feeling so vexed right now because I'm scared to travel alone

I need help! I guess plastic surgery has it own way of making people addicted to being prettier.. ): I just finish my chin implant and now I want to correct my nose and I need help.

Now my current nose is like this.

I am ok with my nose bridge.

If I want to have a smaller nose tip, doesnt have to be sharper. Just smaller, dont want it to be round.. Is that process tip plasty or nose reduction?

If I just choose to do tip plasty without any implant, will it flatten my nose?

And I will definitely do alarplasty! But my main concern is after doing alarplasty, will the nose wing still be bulbous? or it will become flat?

Please help me ):

*Anyway, awesome chin implant from Dr Chi! This is post opp 3 weeks!*
Hey, your chin implant is lovely! May I know how much did Dr Chi charge you? I was quoted 20000 baht for a chin implant.

I'm planning to get rhino, chin and dimples done with Dr Chi in April. A little uncertain since there are girls here who experienced slanting of their nose implants... If anyone can send me photos of their nose, chin or dimples done by Dr Chi or Dr Prinya, that would be great! My email address is [email protected]

Just had a revision rhinoplasty done due to deviated previous implant done by dr. chi. Still feeling sleepy, will give you guys a full update tomorrow yeah.
Hello, I'm sorry it took me very long to give you guys an update.

I did my revision rhinoplasty on the 14th of September so it's technically four months post op as of today. For an introduction, I did my previous rhinoplasty with dr.chi. Altogether I did two procedures with him, double eyelid surgery and rhinoplasty. I really like my eyes now as they look natural and gives me the smiley puppy eye look even when I'm angry however, my implant is deviated to the right, which is very noticeable. The bridge of my nose was very low, like there's no changes to it at all, while the tip of my nose is pushed so high yet the tip area of the implant is very round. I don't know how to explain but it's really ugly. Though I gotta say he is very professional when you're consulting with him, but when I email him pictures of my slanted nose to him months later, he totally shut me off. Even when I called, the moment I mentioned about the deviation and my unsatisfaction of my implant, he hang up the phone. :(

I then emailed Dr.Prinya to enquire if he is able to "straighten" the implant but he was very skeptical. One moment he told me he is very confident to carve out a new implant for me and make it straight, the next moment he told me for revision of deviated implant, need to take out the old implant and can only put on a new implant after three months so as to give the nose a "break". Because he is unsure, it totally turn me off so I finally decided to have it done with Dr.Puttisak. Now, I know there have been cases in this forum whereby some of the forumers who went to him had extrusion weeks/months later but I personally feel that when you consult with him, your expectations have to be very realistic.

I had consultation with him and told him my concerns about the deviation and the shape of my implant. I told him I want my bridge to be slightly higher. As for my nose tip, I told him to reduce the height but make the tip sharp(because my previous tip was literally round).

He carved the implant right infront of me after talking to him about what I want. Then I proceed to the operating room, was given sedatives and I was asleep for the entire procedure! It took about less than an hour, I cant remember but the next thing I know is that he woke me up telling me its done. The first thing I asked Dr.Putt and his nurse was "Is it straight?". Both of them gave me a smile and said "Yes it is"

The nurse showed me the mirror and true enough, it is straight and I smiled while thanking them repeatedly. I even gave the nurse tips.

Anyway, months past and all I've gotten are compliments from my friends(who don't know I've gotten any procedures done at all) that I am getting better looking etcs. All I could do is smirk while thanking them. My mom also said that my implant is straight as compared to the previous one. From the start, my ONLY concern was whether or not my deviation can be fixed. And I'm really glad it did! My nose bridge height is very acceptable as my forehead is high while my nose tip is not stretched out far, is not very sharp, but can still see that I have a sharp nose.

The next procedure I'm gonna do is either facial and neck liposuction or buccal fat removal, whichever that is effective in getting rid of baby cheek fats.

At the end of the day, I personally believe that not every good doctor is good and not every bad doctor is bad. They all have their goods and bads job. It really depends on your expectations. Learn your facial structures, if you have long nose and sharp chin, a high and sharp implant will suit you. Compare your facial structures with celebrities or people of whom you'd like have your nose similar to. Learn if it's gonna suit you well, if not you improvised. Do your homework, you cannot just walk in and say you want a sharp and high bridge nose without knowing if it's gonna suit you or cause any extrusion in the long run.

I'm sorry I sound very naggy. Hahaha! You can pm me for more details or pictures of the old nose and now. :)

Hi,

I have been reading a lot and is really confused. Seems like a lot of mixed reviews about the various doctors. Anyway, I was deciding on doing lipo + fat grafting to breast with Dr Arthur from Medan but I didn't receive any reply from his assistant more than a week. I sort of gave up waiting and now looking for reputable doctors from Thailand instead. I read and know that Dr Nara is very popular with liposuction but how about fat grating to breast? Has anyone done this procedure with Dr Nara before? I also saw there are some raves on Dr Printya and Chi. But which doctor would be good at liposuction + fat grafting? Or is there any other recommendation?

I understand that fat grafting to breast may not be that widely explored yet at Thailand, hence may have limited info on doctor specialises on that. But it would be good to know if there is a any other doc who is good at liposuction (Dr Nara is difficult to book a slot, I hope to do it sooner)? Also, is the scarring and lumpiness after liposuction very bad, or actually it would not be very visible?

Is anyone in Hat Yai right now that can tell me what the situation is like over there

My country has released an update:
We strongly advise you not to travel at this time to the southern provinces of Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat and Songkhla or overland to and from the Malaysian border through these provinces due to high levels of ongoing violence in these areas, including terrorist attacks and bombings that result in deaths and injuries on an almost daily basis.

Hat Yai is a part of Songkhla if I’m not mistaken

Anyone that has been to Hat Yai recently please share

Is this all exaggerated?

I'm planning to go for alarplasty and rhinoplasty coming May. But I've read that silicon implant almost always gets infected... And an infected implant can result in permanent deformity even after it is removed due to tissue scarring. Really confused on this right now :'( I see that there are quite a few cases of infection in this thread as well... Can't help but waver regarding my decision. Don't wanna live in constant worry after my nose job. Sigh.... Have been thinking about this for days and can't concentrate at school. Damn!

Hey! I'm going to see Dr chi on 16th 8am and just wondering whether you would want to share hotel costs from 14th to 16th. Drop me an email @ [email protected] if keen.
