Australia (Sydney / Gold Coast) is February good time to go?

Post by divyani » Sun, 10 Nov 2013 4:16 pm

Hi Friends,

Wondering if February would be a good time to visit Sydney / Gold Coast / Melbourne?

School holidays will get over by end of January, so guess won't be that busy.

However bit concerned about weather - would it be hot and humid like Singapore?

Thanks in advance! :D

We are also going to Sydney in Feb. No idea how the weathers gonna be, but we are looking forward to it. Just curious, how many days are you planning to spend and are you planning to do either of the 3 cities you mentioned or all?

I had visited Melbourne in previous years on march with my all family so I suggest you as far as my experience the weather was great at that time and I really took great enjoy on my march vacation. So, make sure march will be best for you.

Feb and Mar would be great. You can get around easily via trains in Sydney and Melbourne, though I highly recommend renting a car in Gold Coast. If you have some time, you should go to Philip Island for the Penguin Tour.
