Recovering from surgery with Nara. Msians, need your advice!

So, I am Malaysian (female) and I'm currently recovering from rhino and alar under Nara. (It's painful )

Few questions for any Malaysians who have done surgery in Hatyai:


1. Where did you guys get your stitches taken out? I am very very afraid of pain and would like a doctor who can do it in the most painless way possible, here in Malaysia.

2. Any idea where I can get Sinnech around here (Msia)?
