No? No clues?
He is probably referring to the "line" wherein a satire morphs into sarcasm owing to the reader's interpretation.

I thought there is a very thin line between satire and sarcasm. Though both make fun of the follies in the society satire in general evokes a positive response whereas sarcasm could evoke a negative response as well. While dealing with sensitive topics like rape it could go either way depending on the reader's interpretation.
