Having been in an international bank and being the head of a risk function I would guess a typical package might be base salary $180-250k maximum with 20-25 days' leave and potential bonus of anywhere from 2 to 6 months' salary. Probably no housing or schooling or car assistance. On that you can live decently, as long as you have no more than 2 International School tuitions and keep the rent to about $5-7k/monthly (can definitely do if you don't try to live in the absolute most expensive areas of, say, Tanglin, Orchard, etc.) Hope that helps.
