Leaving the UK soon and will be in Singapore within a few months.

Does anyone on the forum do Crossfit?

Any recommendations as to which box is best? I prefer something that is more Strength/Olympic Lifting/Gymnastics focused than Met Con/Cardio

How can I stop mynah birds from flying into the home? Simple ideas needed! :)

Another good option is to get the mesh net from Daiso and cable tie them up where the windows are. Unsightly but solves the bird issues.
