Dr Shahira, Malaysia

Post by Rie Michiko » Tue, 15 Oct 2013 11:00 pm

Dear all,

I had found a clinic for filler and botox injection, which is more affordable than travelling to hatyai or BKK.

My appointed doctor for botox, fillers, chemical peel and so on.....
Dr Shahira, Doctor at Klinik Mediviron, Bukit Indah, Johor Bahru , Malaysia.

I travelled via public transport (CW#3) and reached the clinic in about 1.5hr. The clinic is just opposite Aeon Shopping mall, which is big enough for you to shop and dine for a day. Ok, the most impt info....COST!!! Well, a jab of filler cost RM750 and Botox cost RM450 only, which is so much cheaper than anywhere else!!!

Dr Shahira is a very patient doctor. She will only recommend the required dosage for you and she will perform all these aesthetic treatments herself. So you do not have to worry at all. Everything is safe in her hands.

I'm so glad I found her for my 'long term' quick fixes. For those who are interested, you can email her at [email protected].

I would like to emphasize that I am not advertising. I am not an agent, nor do I gain any benefits for this. I would like to share this information with fellow forum readers since this clinic is so much more nearer to us. Save the cost on travelling and hotel accomodation. Why not?

Cheers!!!!

a "jab"?? that is super expensive.

aside of how many jabs, there should be interest to know how "new" is that bottle, how much is used in that bottle, and the brand of the botox/fillers.

Yes, you are right. We do have to know the details before judging. So here is the information found.

Name of Botox: Dysport
Name of Fillers: Restylane / Juverderm
1 syringe of filler: 1ml
Expiry date: 2015

Cheers!!!

Hi Bek Beky,
I went to her for chemical peel 2 mths ago. The effect is not bad given at such a budget cost and she even includes a 'cooling' mask to be applied after the peel. So I do not have to worry about the 'burnt' look when I go shopping.

I will be visiting her this mth in preparation for CNY.
Cheers!!!

Hi Rie, I'm considering getting nose fillers and happened to chance upon your post :D But i have a few enquiries and hope that you could help me out. You said that Dr Shahira is your long term quick fix, which means you have been going to her very frequently for fillers/botox touch-ups, etc? Was wondering if you have experienced any side effects about the filler injections so far? What is the pain level like for nose fillers? Is numbing cream provided? Sorry if I'm asking too many questions, cause i'm serious about getting my ugly nose fix :( and Dr Shahira seems to provide a really cheap service. A bit too good to be true.. haha btw do you happen to be a Singaporean too? Thanks :)

Hi sy2112,
Yes, I'm SIngaporean. So if there is good deals, must share right? Of coz, I share after trying as I mean no harm. Well, I have not been visiting her since after June 14. I am not very sure of the busfare hike.
Anyway, for your info, I travel there alone for the quick fixes. Affordable and for my case, usually last between 1 to 3 months. Why not? I was referred through word of mouth. My friend, including her friend also visited her.
Yes, it is too good to be true. But it is true and she is really a nice doctor. Feel free to ask me anything about her. I will try to find out and clear your doubts.
Disclaimer: I am not promoting and I do not gain any benefits. I am willing to share from my experience

Hi Rie,
May I ask about the one jab price of Botox RM450 is how many unit ? (Usually one bottle got 100 units right?) is the price still the same ?

One jab is actually the content jab into different spots on your say forehead right?

You sure can last for 1-3 months only? I heard of allergan brand can last for 6-9month

Hope to get more info before making a decision .

hi Dear,
Thank you so much for your post.
You are right that good things must share, and with more people visiting, they can afford to charge even lesser with the better business.
win win for everyone.

Can i check for " filler cost RM750 " , is this for cheek or for nose?
Also, "Botox cost RM450 only " is this for jaw reduction?
what was your procedure done with them? and what was your experience so far with them?

i have went to wen and weng clinic from singapore, years ago, did jaw reduction with botox, paid about 600 to 700sgd, and my smile was lope sided for months..

then i went to bukit panjang health spring for jaw reduction botox.. and i think it is too pricey..
the clinic was charging 800sgd for jaw reduction using botox.. and somehow, i dont think the reduction is significant, but could be becos i am putting on weight..

anyways.. hope to hear from you soon..

God Bless you and may you stay pretty always!
