Good for you. Did you take the train at 7am or 8am? I believe peak is from 8am to 9am.

I normally go through there around 7:30 as I try to reach Clementi before or right at 8. Normally hit it around 6:45~7 in the evenings. Sure it's crowded, but not any more than I'd expect in any city of this size.
