need clarity in filing PR form.

Post by Travelwithme » Tue, 24 Sep 2013 5:01 pm

Hi All,

Annex A to Form 4A ie., Information On Main Applicant’s Current Employment.

1. Must I email my employeer the PDF form, then my company HR department my print out and fill and send me back the form ?

or

2. Must i convert it some word format and then forward it to HR department to fill ?

Why I am asking is: Its told in form that they need one original copy of form and one photocopy of it.

What i get from company would be photocopy of what they fill.

By Option 1 - they would fill details in hand.
By Option 2- they would type and send the details.

Which type is appropriate according to immigration rules ?

Please advice asap.

well, you can do al of the above, though mere mortal like us, tell HR and HR prints out the form / page, and fill it and return to us and we make a copy ..

Wonder if that would work for you though

PS: Now you don't tell me you are not in Singapore, or your employer is not in Singapore .. or your company is ALL ELECTRONIC only ??

Something smells fishy in Danmark! As the old sayin' goes. I don't think we have enough information here. There is something that not being quite upfront.
