this week we will be headed to the Beer Market at Clarke Quay. This establishment's claim to fame is the incorporation of the basics of demand and supply into the drinks prices. As more of a particular beverage gets consumed, the prices go up, enticing the patrons to drinks that they wouldn't normally try, like a tasty italian beer with slight fruity hints or that tiger beer processed through that freezing distillation process -- a smoothness without the bitter hoppy taste. Come face to face with your elasticity curves as you drink through the night.
