You need to find a job in Singapore that you're confident that no Singaporean can do and convince the company that you're the right man for the job (and not Singaporeans/PRs) and that company to convince MOM to grant you a visa.

You may consider upgrading your skills first. I don't think there are too many local MBA holders in marketing using all capital letters in the subject lines.
