Learning Turkish

Post by Allyntan » Sun, 30 Dec 2012 2:48 am

Merhaba!

I've been trying to learn Turkish for some time now but did not have someone to practise with. Is there anyone interested in practising with me?

Cok tesekkur ederim....

There are online websites, I don't know which ones are good, where you can practice the language with the native speakers of that language. Like some wants to learn speaking English, some will need Turkish, Arabic, Chinese... However I must warn about people with malicious intent, too. Never share personel information or exchange communication information like phone, email... There are unimaginable forms of scam going around.

I've moved here recently, haven't had time for volunteer work or meetings yet. I wonder how many Turkish is using this forum. Maybe I'll check with cultural center first, I could help with some organizations or cooking.

Hi. I'm a Turkish, have been here since February.

My wife had Turkish lessons at Turkish Cultural Center, she told me they have lessons for children of Turkish expats, too.

Perhaps one of their teachers could spare time for private course.
