If you have an undergrad degree in political science and a masters in education do you need a teaching certificate to teach at an International School in Singapore?

Some schools will allow you to teach and some will offer you the ability to do a DIPed through them. Each school varies and it also depends on what level you want to teach - primary or secondary

The Singapore government also hires expatriate teachers. You might check the MOE website. It's likely too late for foreign schools but Singapore school terms begin in January.
