We'll be moving to Singapore in summer and we have 2 boys, 4 & 6 years old. While I found a couple of preschools centering around Novena, I haven't found any in the Harbourfront / Pasir Panjang areas. We haven't yet found a place to stay but DH is partial to the Carribean at Keppel Bay hence this post...
Ok, I've contacted Rain Trees kindergarten but it appears that kids graduate from the school come 6, so it's a no-go for my elder kid. I'm not particular about teaching philosophy; what matter more are teachers' commitment & care towards their charges and low children to adults ratio.
