PR Chances for an Indonesian Chinese

Hi guys,

Just wanna have a quick check to see if I have a shot at getting the elusive PR.

My Profile:
Country: Indonesia
Race: Chinese
Sex: M
Age: 25 this year
No of years in Singapore: 14 years, of which
2 years primary
4 years secondary
2 years JC
4 years NTU (B.Eng 1st Class honours)
2 years working (currently working in SPH)
Salary: 3.4k/ month
Marital Status: Single

i was under impression students who graduated from NUS/NTU were offered In-Principle Approval for PR on condition that they can find job within 1 year after graduation. Have they stopped it - since when?

Been stopped for around 2 years now I believe. The sad part is a lot who were offered it, didn't take it at the time and now would like to have it, but are being rejected. Gahment has a long memory.
