Hi all,
currently, im holding spass in singapore and occupation is web designer.
i am just want to know can i work as a freelancer, staying at home and working as a freelancer on weekends?

Singapore have a lot of freelance photographers and makeup artists.
They are singaporean or PR? i think some person are not PR or singporean.
why they can do as freelancer?

Those who are foreigners, they do it as a hobby. They don't charge for their art. Of course I won't discount those who flout the law, they'd make sure they don't get caught.

Obviously, I'm not condoning you to do so either!
