You've been banned from SG?

I can't tell. It would help if you would give the full story, rather than trying to post half a passport chop and nothing else, and expecting some solution.

You should assume you can't come back for at least three years. Just so you know, taking drugs anywhere and failing a test, then coming to Singapore is a crime. You could have gone to jail.

If you want more info, have someone who speaks good Singlish call ICA.

The only drug I know that hangs around for two weeks is marijuana. I've seen thousands and thousands of people go through Harbourfront without incident. Were you stoned? Did you have drugs in your bag? Something doesn't add up.

It does happen. You may not notice but they do test randomly. I have a friend in Batam who never touched drugs but was pulled over repeatedly for drug tests, practically every time he went through for a couple of years (profiling?).

I had a colleague who prompted me to test this--not for drugs but at customs at the airport.

I'm almost convinced that they always do (not large enough sample size).

No need to process by Singapore law. You hadn't cleared immigration. Therefore, they stopped you before you entered the country because you are a known drug user. Fair go, if you ask me. If you are dumb enough to do drugs, you should be banned from ever stepping foot in Singapore.

Interesting. Methadone, Phenobarbital, steroids, PCP... I guess I better stop taking these.

Cheers.

Even if it was a week, I'm curious what the OP looked like to set off ICA's radar.

lanz8800, If you want our honest help and you're honestly not lying about the one week window, nor did you smell like canbanis, post a photo of yourself including your outfit at the time you came to Singapore. At the very least it can be used by future visitors as a guide on how not to dress.
