Thanks all...

I've heard of them before, but never listened to them until today. I like!

(LOL... they're really cool. A little anthemic, but I get the vibe and like it)

p.s. I have a concert of theirs playing on a background tab - nice.

Nice bit of duelling on the drums there.

I'm not familiar with Megadeath (I only know their name). Could you perhaps suggest something/link that you think if representative of their style/genre?

Many thanks!

Ooph! Love it, thanks for that.

You know it's one of 'those bands you've heard of' but never listened to.

That seriously rocks!!

Nice

Call me crazy, but I'm getting the impression that JR8 might be a fan of Focus and The Prodigy

@Mi Amigo : Just heard Kevin Ayers for the first time from the links you provided! Liking "May I?" and "Stranger in Blue Suede Shoes" thus far!

EDIT : Just went and listened to "Oleh Oleh Bandu Bandong" as well. The piano portion in the second half is interesting! (Reminds me of Final Fantasy and Jazz music!) The end bit is a little jarring to me though!

Thank you for sharing, and may he rest in peace!

glad JR8 liked something i posted, if you want to see nick menza in his glory days you should check out this sound check back in 1992 , he was one of the most amazing thrash drummers out there.

and btw i've watched megadeth twice and met dave mustaine twice too. I used to be one of the moderators on the megadeth boards ;)

Wow, and very nice, thanks for posting that. It's not a band I know much about, though I kinda get the technique/style.

Just imagine the adrenalin tuning/warming up like that before an empty stadium, it must be amazing, but perhaps also terrifying.

I have the same attitude to music as I do to art as a whole, I'm not pre-occupied with liking something, more focused on appreciating talent, or 'getting what an artist is trying to say' for what it is.

Yeah, he certainly did some interesting things over the years. Thanks to FnTank for sharing that one. Here's another odd little ditty:
