Paypal stops Personal Payment service in SG

The payment company will stop offering the service on Wednesday to adhere to "regulatory instructions".
I use it PP quite a lot and this is quite a huge inconvenience.

Doesn't affect me, per se, but I could see it as a potential inconvenience although I doubt it will happen as I wasn't using it for the noted items before so wouldn't miss it anyway. Whew! MAS or IRAS apparently has thrown them another ringer.
