That or there were no changes to the original stance like most of his speech was tonight, meaning the same cap on numbers per year (give or take 5K or so).

Well they're going to need to start allowing dual citizenship with other countries then. Not many people would give up citizenship from a first world country to take up Singaporean citizenship. Third world immigrants, sure.

That's the only thing that's stopped me. I mean crap, I've already been here over 30 years and my son will be getting out of the Navy in May. But I'll not give up my US citizenship, warts & alll.
