Makes sense to give an intelligent bun oven PR.

Singapore is a country that openly practices social engineering and has a leader has has expressed public support for eugenics.... they're the neolithic or primitive ones...

Well....

Yes I understand your point (I read The Lands of Charm and Cruelty, before ever moving to Asia). My girlfriend had been in the government funded 'dating club'. The SDU.

But even then I think you have to admit that SG is an oasis of stability amongst a region of kleptocratic basket case nonsense.

It ain't perfect, but look at the others before you pass judgement.

It's bottom up. A nation is made from it's people, and not vice versa..... etc

Funny. I was trying to remember the name of that government unit (does it still exist?).

You know the Eugenics Division.

Then it came to me. SDU.
We used to refer to it as 'Sad Desperate and Ugly'.

Hey-ho.

The influx of PRC brides is unstoppable and here they have somebody who is not random by any means and of some proven values. BTW, is she pretty? :)

Actually, you should ask ksl, but he's staying away while in the UK. He's spent more time in Bugis Street than probably all of us old timers put together!

She's passable. Probably a virgin. She's desperately trying to find dates but most of the local fellows here are pretty picky (and they can be with the unbalanced ratios).
