Hi bikespeed,

you will improve, no worries.

The practise this week is at 12 noon - 2 pm (be at river at 11:30 am please) due to the F1 weekend

Hi,

I am really interested in dragon boating. I have been a rower back in the UK for 5 years so am familiar with water sports. When is your next taster session as I would love to give it a go?

Thanks
