Income tax payments by credit card

Post by chinny706 » Mon, 05 Nov 2012 3:55 pm

Hi,

I have heard that via AXS it is possible to pay income tax with a credit card. Does this in practice work as an easy way to accrue airmiles (eg. using DBS Altitude cards). Or is it treated as a cash advance (thus incurring fees and being a bad idea)?

Thanks.

From what I remember from looking at it before, there were to be costs incurred so i just e-banked it.
