Brunch @ Fine Palate this Sunday (Oct. 14)

This Sunday, the brunch eaters are headed to Fine Palate near Bras Basah.

Plagiarizing from a review: "Hidden behind trees and a pre-independent colonial building, lies a quaint and exceptionally calm restaurant with a good hand at brunch." And another: "The Fine Palate Cafe is a great spot for genuine, honest food in laid-back-chic surrounds. It's simple and sincere yet delivers quality food across the board and so on that basis, it's got the thumbs up from us."

I've initially booked a table for 6-8, but that can be expanded as more people come in.

We're also going to watch Looper later (GV Marina near the Esplanade) at 3pm after the brunch, in case anyone's interested! Akimbo seems to be organizing it.
