I am very thankful for all of your comments regarding schools as for us who are not from SG, it's important to see all of your views in order to make any decision.
I understand that each school has its goods and bads. However, if we are purely talking about academic excellence, which International Schools
are the best? And which few are gives a more rigor curriculum? or best results academically in public exams? I really like CIS.
Thanks so much everyone as we are moving in this summer.

Majority of International Schools
are IB Curriculum, have a high number of expat teaching staff with significant experience, and have world class facilities.
The IB does not provide statistics for individual school results, but does provide global statistics on each exam session. Some schools will individually post their statistics / results and you can make your own comparison.
Some schools over national curriculum. Those will usually conform to whatever reporting required by that national curriculum and thus be easily rated with other schools from the home country.
I'd say if you like CIS then go with them. With most schools achieving high standards, just go with the one that will get the best out of your children.
