Post by Adrianalily » Wed, 21 Sep 2011 1:34 am

Anyone tried any slimming products from Hong Kong before? I recall reading online about this new buzz but I can't recall which brand.

I've got a new product for you: myfitnesspal.com
Log everything you eat, and don't go over your daily calorie count. Easy-peasy. And it's free.

And get off your butt and exercise, your heart will thank you.

(Diet drugs boggle my mind... :???: )

If a nutrition can help you to solve your issue, will you be interested to take a look at it?

There are supplements that help but whatever it is, I suggest you do more research before committing.

Personally, I'm especially suspicious of products coming from Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.

Not because they're not safe. Most of them are - but because most of them are repackaged products that are grossly overpriced to take advantage of the hype. $100++ for a month?

madness.

Actually, a good diet will help. But no supplement is going to make any positive difference. These promoters never have to stand behind their product. They take your money and hide.
