Regarding epass application

Post by Obscurityspeaks » Mon, 30 Jul 2012 5:24 pm

Hi all and to my friend sundaymorningstaple...

I recently changed my name and the new name reflects on my passport. Whereas, my educational transcripts are under the old name :( However, I have a copy of the gazette form from the Government of India stating that my name is changed. Would that suffice or should I get my name changed in all my educational transcripts to get my epass processed?

Cheers!

Just be sure to submit notarized copies of the deed poll changing your name whenever submitting documents that do not agree with your passport, etc. Otherwise, no problem. A copy of the notarized copy should be okay provided you can produce the original for inspection should it be required.
