@Sms, thank you very much for your quick reply. I read some posts on this forum about LOC getting rejected and that scared me a lot! My husband doesn't understand why I get so stressed over this but I really need to start working soon or else I will lose my mind living in a foreign country!
@mi amigo, I appreciate your reply. The problem was whether I was technically a high school graduate or a degree holder on LOC. some posts on the forum say Singapore is different from, say USA where a Letter of certificate confirming the graduation before the actual cert came out would be enough.
I am going to show my potential employer the letter of certificate confirming my graduation and transcript, I really hope they would understand that my school notoriously sends out diplomas late.
Just to make sure I understand, because my husband's HR advised me to declare my highest education as highschool, my potential employer would have to declared the same on LOC, right? It sounds like a nobrainer question, but last time I spoke to them, they were saying, "u get a letter from the school, right? Then it should be fine", I don't want them to declare me as degree holder on LOC and there is discrepancy with my dp, and ended up providing false info under sg gov's eyes without my intention to do so. Am I too paranoid about this?
Again, thank you!
Thank you in advance for valuable advice
