Hi,
Just wanted to know if any one has any advice on how to long to wait before going from P1 to PEP or can I do same within one month of securing P1.

According to MOM, immediately. I waited six months myself though, as have a few others on the forum.

Once you file, let us know how long it takes before it's rejected. If it is. Anecdotal evidence helps here.

If you apply online after you have your P1, MOM will just re-use all of the documents they already have on file. Applying for DPs for wife and daughter was as simple as two more check boxes.
I had no problems, and had approval in about 7 business days.

What's the rush in going to PEP from a P1? You've got an employer and a pass. Are you planning on dumping the employer as soon as you get your PEP?

Not really just don't like being dependent on a employer have more independence with a PEP that's all .

We waited until we paid our first year tax bill. Applied and waited 5 weeks before we got our letter to say we were approved. That was 2009.
