I am an employment pass holder. When I applied for EP, I gave my marital status as "Separated" as my divorce case was going on that time and I did not submit any documents related to my marriage. I got the judgement and court orders three months before. I am getting married in another 3 to 4 months and I am planning to apply dependent pass for my spouse after marriage.
Do I need to inform MOM about the change in my marital status now or before marriage? or Shall I update the marital status and submit the court orders while applying for dependent pass?
