single bed that can converts to a king size bed?

Hi, I heard that you can get a bed that's slightly smaller than single size, and you can pull out (and lift up) an additional mattress + frame that is hidden under it. This converts the bed to a king size. I have never seen one before, but does anyone have any idea what it's called and where I can get one from. Not sure if its commonly available or not in Singapore.

I think there is a dunlopillo outlet at the Furniture Mall on Beach Road, but other big names stores will probably carry the brand.
