Parking spot with condo

This may sound like a stupid question, but in Japan I know they charge an arm and a leg for the parking spot that 'comes' with your apartment.
When they show that the condo has a car spot, does that mean it's included in the rents monthly fee? Or is there an additional charge?

Normally it comes with the condo.

HDB flats you have to pay for parking.
