Why didn't you attach your Employment Pass Eligibility Certificate to your Employment Pass application?

Now, why would someone with a Master's degree from a Top 5 university need to be bothered with something as mundane as that? Surely MOM doesn't really check anything further in the application once they see the Masters, amirite?
