Sugar-Free Products

Post by silvestri » Tue, 21 Feb 2012 10:30 pm

Hi,

Just wondering if any of you have any experience with sugar-free products (eg. cookies, biscuits, sweets, beverages), and where I may be able to find them in Singapore. Seems a little scarce here. What is the lowdown on those sugar substitute that they use in those products? Are they ok to eat long-term?

Anyway, does anyone here cook with sugar substitutes? (Splenda or xylitol)

Cheers
