Post by prayer » Mon, 30 Jan 2012 6:12 pm

Can I say Epi sure have scar and is it worthwhile to do it afterall?
But I will still go for it. I will prepare thick frame spec . I already brought the dermatix scar gel but not the ultra one as must get from specialist.
Thanks for your advice ladyvv and xxyy :)

now still cannot know the result yet, but i already standby, if that say the epi scar worst, then will go to dermatological.... currently my scar so obvious because between the scar, it look like got a bump come out and not a hypertrophic scar...this is the only i wonder.
hypertrophic scar can use the silicon scar gel to reduce, but mine one, i dont know what is that, so...just wait few more week..

epi can make eye look longer and bigger

Thanks for sharing, Epi will make eye look longer and bigger, how about Lateral Cantoplastry? I still confused between these 2. As Dr Chi replied +/- lateral so I not sure he meant I may or may not need.
For the scar issue, I just have to take the gamble as I really want to make my eyes look bigger. I have to prepare to conceal by specs so that my colleague will not ask me.
E.g Day 1 is my surgery. Am I able to cover the scars with concealer on Day 7 to go back to work?

Hi Prayer,

for lateral, also can make eye look longer, for me, Dr Chi said is not necessary, so i dint do it.

I am not sure when can start wearing concealer, i only start make up after 5 weeks. Maybe you can ask Dr Chi.

I was in the same shoe as you.
Went alone to Hatyai for plastic surgery alone last year when I was 20.
Yea I think if that's what you want, go for it.
Afterall you only get to live once. :)
I didnt do any surgeries with Dr Nara before.
I did with dr chi once and will be gg back to him this march.
I will leave there on the 12th.
For the reduction of swelling, cold compress and pineapple works quite well.
Reviews for Sineech is quite good as well.
Havent tried but is getting one tmr for my surgery in March!
Hopefully it works for me! :)
I think one week stay would be good.
Stay in the hotel most of the time, get ample ample rest.
I stayed in V.L Hatyai that time and will be staying there this time as well.
Not bad, given the price.
What I like most is that they only charge u 20baht for wifi for your entire stay there.
Other more popular hotels like Lee Gardens and Novotel are more exp.
Haha, really good to have somebody actually understands how i
feel.
All the information you've provided i've already jot them down on
my little notebook :)
May i know when's your appt with Dr.Chi and what surgery are you intending to do? :)
I'm doing double eyelid surgery with dr chi on 6 March.
Will be leaving on the 12th. :)
Hey! I've decided to have my surgery with dr chi instead
And my schedule date is on 6th March too!
Would you be interested to meet up over there?
Or even better stay together if you're comfortable enough?
Cause seriously I'm bit scared, its my first time traveling alone. Haha
Pls get back to me ASAP:) thanks!

my fren whom i went with googled and found some of his research papers... so we felt better...

his clinic is now one of those shophouse convert wan lor. Well-maintained and clean la, so i din feel so scared, tot it might be those run down dimly lit places in those horror movies ala SAW or HOSTEL... :P

becos he is operating from clinic, he doesn't do anything major... so i cannot do jaw implants etc there. got one forumer went over do breast implants at Nara. She said it couldn't be done at the clinic, had to go elsewhere to do with the correct facilities...
