Pets leaving Singapore

From USA, we brought our dog to Singapore. We have lived in Singapore for a few years. Now moving to Batam, Indonesia. What is required and how do we bring him to Batam? He is older and been with us practically from the beginning. Can not seem to find much on he web.

You might want to enquire with a reputable pet handler like Paws in Hand
