This is blather. Arrogant and demeaning? With all due respect, whomever gave you advice for applying for a DP gave you bad advice.oioioi wrote:Sorry that I didn't bother replying to SE. With all due respect, I just find the tone arrogant and demeaning instead of genuinely trying to help in a friendly manner.
Why couldn't the reply simply be - Yes you can because blah blah blah.. or no you can't because blah blah blah... or simply I dont know. Asking more questions than answering them. I am even more surprised to see that SE is a moderater. Geezz.. not great confidence.
Guess it is HR policies then of the company that made me apply one after the other....Strong Eagle wrote:This is blather. That would be correct. All people who have ever worked for me applied for both simultaneously and that seems to be the norm in most MNC's. Just helped a guy with a PEP who also applied simultaneous DP's for wife and kid. All approved at once.FaeLLe wrote:Guess it is HR policies then of the company that made me apply one after the other....Strong Eagle wrote:This is blather. Not a requirement for being a poster, either.oioioi wrote:Thanks Moderators (SE & SMS) for proving my point with your replies.
Obviously having respect for others and good manners are not requirements for being a moderator.

How do you mean by demeaning others ? SE just ask a straightforward question on the crux of the issue and out of a sudden you take offence for it.oioioi wrote:
