Dear JR8,
Thanks for the link to flammkuchen! It's awesome. Have you tried it at home?

Hey ho,

I have certainly had them before (too many perhaps ;-p), it works nicely when you want something light as they use creme fraiche instead of cheese so then the focus is really on the other toppings...

It reminds me of a standard thin-crust pizza. You been to Pizza Express in London? ... like that.

Thin but not zapped into a dry crisp-bread type affair.

Pizza express!! Yes of course! Spizza here tries to emulate that. But it's a bit more biscuity here...
What's the secret behind the perfect thin crust?

Pepperoni at Brijal Park is pretty amazing pizza (i'm a big pizza fan)

I've tried a lot of places since i've been here and they do a family size XXL pizza that is 21 inches... whats more, like Pizza Express, they aren't afraid to put an sunny side egg on top which is always a bonus.

sPizza used to be one of my favorites for takeaway but we had a disagreement over an order and haven't gone back since so Sarpino is my deliverer of choice. Not quite the same thin crust though :(

Spizza and Skinny Pizza do nice thin crusts if you're looking for that. I prefer light, crisp and airy like the one in Mozza Pizzeria, but it can work out a bit pricey!
